One of the most popular desserts that we serve here is our Chocolate Mousse. It is delicious alone or with strawberries.
You will need:
3 oz. milk chocolate ( we use chocolate chips)
1/4 c. half and half
1/4c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 c. cool-whip
1 c. strawberries ( optional)
Melt the chocolate and the half and half in the microwave for 1 minute, then let stand for 1 minute. Then stir to melt all the chocolate. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa togather then stir into chocolate mixture until all lumps are gone. Add yogurt and whisk. Fold in cool whip until there are no white streaks. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve topped with strawberries.
