High School Internship Program

Most people know the incredible benefits that come from working at Camp. Unfortunately, our young people are encouraged to pass up this incredible growth opportunity to pursue internships that look good on paper, but sadly often are not much more than coffee runs. We had a thought: what if you could get an internship on your resume before you got to college and still get to work at Camp? Well that opportunity is here! We are looking to hire 4 youth between the ages of 16 and 17 that would make a minimum of a 3 week commitment during the summer, plus 2 days of staff training. This new position will work side-by-side with our senior level staff, serving as an assistant in camper groups or assisting behind the scenes on program staff.   The internship includes a paid salary of $200/week plus Room and Board.

Our long-time running F.A.S.T. Academy is not going anywhere: our program for high schoolers that are still looking for their week of camp as a camper, and the possibility of coming back for a week to volunteer.

So what is the main difference between the two programs?  F.A.S.T. Academy is for campers, which anyone can register for and attend. Our High School Internship Program is a paid position that a select few will apply and interview for.  Apply to be an Intern today!
